Doctor's advice:
- “In clinical practice, I follow evidence-based principles of mental health support, which I recommend to patients as part of a comprehensive approach. Limit information intake: no more than 30 minutes of news per day, and avoid it an hour before bedtime. For anxiety, use simple grounding techniques: slow breathing, feeling body support, focus on 3–5 objects around you. Maintain a sleep routine (go to bed by 23:00), spend at least 20 minutes in daylight daily, avoid excessive caffeine and sugar during stressful periods. Maintain social contacts, express emotions, and keep a simple daily routine. If sleep disturbances, anxiety, low mood, loss of interest, or difficulty concentrating last more than two weeks and interfere with daily life, consulting a doctor is necessary.”
