Any patient expects the provision of quality medical services from a medical facility. The concept has measurable standards confirmed with the accreditation and certification of the Ministry of Public Health.
The main confirmation of the quality of medical services is the availability of the certificate of conformity of the medical facility to the State Standards of Ukraine ISO 9001 2015. It is the international certificate, compliance to which has to be confirmed every five years.
