Doctor's advice:
- "What does every person need to be healthy? First of all, responsibility for your own health. No bad habits, a balanced diet, physical activity, and a 7-9-hour night's sleep. The European Society of Cardiology recommends lifestyle modification in the treatment of cardiovascular and other diseases. Undoubtedly, avoiding stressful situations is also extremely important for maintaining the patient's health, which, unfortunately, is almost impossible in today's realities. Therefore, early diagnosis of diseases, which is possible with preventive examinations (check-ups), is many times more important."
