My favorite books inspire and broaden my horizons: 'The Minds of Billy Milligan,' 'The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas,' 'Pride and Prejudice,' 'The Black Council.' And my favorite films are a small dive into another world: 'The Lord of the Rings,' 'Star Wars.' They remind me of the power of friendship, courage, and perseverance."
Doctor's advice:
- "Listen to your body: pain is a signal that your muscles, joints, or tissues need attention. In rehabilitation, it is important to respond to it correctly: perform the recommended physical exercises, undergo physiotherapy procedures, and follow the individual program prescribed by your doctor. This approach helps to reduce discomfort, improve blood circulation, and speed up recovery. Start with regular light exercises and gradually increase the load under the supervision of a specialist — this is safe and effective."
