Program: Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) with Partner’s or Donor’s Sperm

Duration of service: up to 2 months.

Program content:

• Collection of sperm from the patient or thawing of patient’s/donor’s sperm.
• Preparation of sperm for insemination/fertilization.
• Performing the intrauterine insemination (IUI) procedure – single introduction.

Additional costs:

• Cost of donor sperm (1 dose).

Service price: according to the price list.

Service location: Dobrobut Medical Center, Simi Idzikovskykh St., 3.

Performed by: obstetrician-gynecologist-reproductologist, biologist, anesthesiologist.

Indications:

• Based on the decision of the reproductologist in accordance with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine Order No. 787 dated September 9, 2013, "On Approval of the Procedure for Using Assisted Reproductive Technologies in Ukraine."

Contraindications:

• Based on the decision of the reproductologist in accordance with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine Order No. 787 dated September 9, 2013.

Age restrictions:

• The service is provided to women of reproductive age (18–53 years).
