The test identifies the chromosomal composition of a biological material sample using DNA diagnostics. The NGS method is applied when the material is unsuitable for karyotyping or when determining mosaicism and unbalanced chromosomal rearrangements is required. The test does not detect polyploidy or balanced chromosomal rearrangements.
