Intravitreal injection of Vabismo is a medical procedure that involves injecting the drug directly into the vitreous body of the eye to treat various retinal diseases, such as diabetic retinopathy, age-related degeneration, and others. The procedure is performed after a preliminary consultation with an ophthalmologist who determines the indications and need for treatment.

During preparation for the injection, sterile instruments are used, including a lid dilator for easy access to the eye, as well as medications, including local anesthetic drops, to numb the injection site. The procedure lasts approximately 5 minutes. After the injection, the patient stays in the clinic for about 30 minutes to monitor the condition of the eye and early detection of possible side effects.
