Cardiotocography with auto-analysis without medical consultation (one fetus)

This is a method of hardware assessment of the fetal condition based on the simultaneous measurement and evaluation of the fetal heart rate, fetal movements and uterine contractile activity.

It is performed on a state-of-the-art fetal monitor with modern criteria for assessing the fetal condition in an outpatient setting according to Davis-Redman.

Indications for the examination:

• fetal mobility disorders;
• high risk pregnancy;
• pregnancy with unfavorable outcomes in history;
• fetal growth retardation or small/large fetus for gestational age;
• abnormal uterine-fetal-placental blood flow Doppler indices;
• pathologies of the amniotic membrane (placenta, umbilical cord, etc.);
• dynamic monitoring of the fetus/fetuses;
• other doctor's referrals.

The service is included in the programs: comprehensive prenatal screening program, pregnancy management program.

Procedure duration: 30-60 minutes, performed by a prenatal diagnostic assistant or nurse. The duration is increased to 60 minutes in case of increased activity, pathological or questionable fetal conditions.

Preparation for the examination

There are no contraindications.

The patient should empty the bladder.

Women who are not served by the programs at the medical center have the opportunity to consult an obstetrician-gynecologist based on the results.
