Manual therapy is a branch of physical therapy that helps to restore the body with the help of manual techniques (traction, mobilization, manipulation) with or without special equipment. The procedure is performed by a qualified physical therapist or doctor. Manual therapy helps to effectively deal with such problems as spinal osteochondrosis, intervertebral hernias and protrusions, postural disorders and scoliosis, osteoarthritis, myotonic syndrome, consequences of injuries and other diseases of the musculoskeletal system.
