Bacteriological sperm culture is a laboratory test aimed at detecting pathogens of nonspecific inflammatory processes (excluding anaerobic microorganisms) in an ejaculate sample. The test helps to identify the type of microflora, determine its number, and find out the sensitivity to antibiotics (taking into account the minimum inhibitory concentration - MIC).
