Indications: the service is provided as prescribed after consultation with a geneticist. Material: amniotic fluid in a sterile test tube (15 ml)

Contraindications: contamination of the sample with blood, insufficient amount of amniotic fluid, lack of signed informed consent

Age restrictions: none
