The comprehensive program “Teen Check up” includes consultations with specialists. If the consultation is provided by an expert directly, you must pay a surcharge according to the current price list at the time of the visit. You will be provided with all the necessary forms of certificates about your child's health, as provided by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine*.

The check-up for adolescents under the age of 18 lasts for 2 days:

Visit №1: 15-minute consultation with a pediatrician with an explanation of the program, its completion, resolving the issue of the expediency of X-ray radiography of the OHP (not included in the price), sampling of tests and ultrasound of the abdominal cavity and kidneys, ultrasound of the thyroid gland, echocardiography.

Visit №2: 8 consultations with specialists, 6 of which are unchanged (ophthalmologist, otolaryngologist, neurologist, urologist/gynecologist, cardiologist with ECG and Shalkov tests, and 2 consultations to choose from the proposed list depending on the need or requirements of the educational institution (orthopedist with plantography, endocrinologist, surgeon, dermatologist, psychologist) and a final consultation with a pediatrician (30 minutes) with the issuance of a health passport and a conclusion for admission to the university).

Program validity period: Two months from the date of payment for the program.
