The rehabilitation session is conducted at the patient's location and is aimed at achieving his or her individual rehabilitation goals:

• Restoration of reduced body functions.
• Reduction of pain syndrome (if any).
• Improvement of sports results.
• Restoration or improvement of functional capabilities, independence and quality of life.
• Improving overall health, restoring cognitive function and adapting to new limitations after physical or psychological trauma, illness, disability or chronic illness.

During the lesson, the specialist may recommend additional physiotherapy procedures (for example, phonophoresis or electromyostimulation) for an additional fee according to the price list.

What is included in the lesson?

• Analyzing complaints and taking anamnesis
• Familiarization with the patient's medical records
• Functional testing (if necessary)
• Determination of a rehabilitation program, which may include: joint mobilization (passive/active), kinesiotherapy, mechanotherapy, kinesiotaping, stretching, work with soft tissues and sutures, flossing, manual techniques
• Providing individual recommendations
• Evaluation of the results of previous sessions

Indications for rehabilitation

• Neurology: back pain, posture disorders, disc herniations, radiculopathies, neuropathies, tunnel syndromes, stroke recovery
• Orthopedics: rehabilitation after injuries, fractures, surgeries (osteosynthesis, arthroplasty, arthroscopy), preparation for prosthetics, sports injuries
• Mixed cases: combat injuries (combination of neurological and orthopedic disorders)
• Any functional disorders that reduce the quality of life

Contraindications:

• Acute conditions (severe pain, swelling, inflammation)
• High blood pressure or heart rate
• Recent injuries
• Oncological diseases
