Autism Diagnosis ADOS (Autism Observation Scale for Diagnostics) is a semi-structured method that allows for a comprehensive diagnosis of individuals of different age groups who are suspected of having autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
ADOS diagnosis consists of various activities, the assessment of which allows the specialist to observe social and communicative aspects to diagnose ASD and diagnose the entire spectrum of pervasive disorders, not just ASD.
ADOS allows for a diagnosis based on DSM-IV and ICD-10 criteria.
Diagnostics are carried out in the presence of parents after consultation with a special psychologist, psychiatrist or self-registration through the contact center.
Diagnosis is performed only after consultation with a neurologist, special psychologist, speech therapist or pediatrician in case of suspicion of developmental disorders related to ASD.
Diagnosis is performed on children from 1 year of age and adults of any age.
Total diagnostic time is 180 hours.
