A therapeutic ART program, the final stage of which is the freezing of the resulting embryos when embryo transfer cannot be performed directly during the stimulation cycle. The program includes:
- repeated consultation with an obstetrician-gynecologist and reproductive specialist (based on the results of additional examination)
- Folliculometry (ultrasound monitoring of follicle growth) within 10-14 days;
- consultation with an anesthesiologist;
- medication stimulation of the ovaries (not included in the program cost);
- transvaginal ovarian puncture with follicle aspiration under intravenous anesthesia and stay in a day hospital for up to 3 hours;
- egg collection;
- preparation of oocytes for fertilization in the IVF program;
- preparation of sperm for insemination/fertilization;
- Cultivation of embryos to the blastocyst stage;
- cryopreservation of eggs/embryos (1 carrier);
- storage of eggs/sperm/embryos for 3 months;
- fertilization of eggs with the husband's sperm (cryopreserved sperm) or anonymous donor's sperm (depending on the type of program) by ICSI - intracytoplasmic sperm injection into the cytoplasm of the egg;
- spermogram.
Service duration: 6 months.
Who performs the service: obstetrician-gynecologist, reproductologist, biologist, anesthesiologist.
Age restrictions: the service is provided to women of reproductive age (18-53 years).
