According to the Order No. 1351 of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, a dental examination was added to the previously regulated examinations. We have taken care of your time and comfort by creating an extended School+ package that includes a consultation with a dentist.

After a full examination, the pediatrician will analyze in detail the child's health indicators and issue the necessary documents required before starting school: a medical certificate of form 086-1/о and a certificate of vaccination №063*.

Program validity period: Two months from the date of payment.
