How will a small growing organism withstand adaptation to new conditions? Colds, fatigue, allergic reactions - all these are possible problems that you will face when your child enters kindergarten. The Kindergarten program includes all the necessary medical examinations and basic tests regulated by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. Upon completion of the program, a form 086-1/о* and a preventive vaccination card (form 063/о) are issued.
The comprehensive medical examination program “Kindergarten” includes consultations with specialists. If the consultation is provided by an expert directly, a surcharge must be paid according to the current price list at the time of the visit.
