Kinesitherapy is an effective modern rehabilitation method based on treatment through movement. Its main goal is to reduce pain, improve joint mobility, and restore the body's functional capabilities after injuries, surgeries, and in cases of musculoskeletal system diseases.

At the Dobrobut Medical Center, each patient undergoes a personalized program that includes 10 individual sessions, each lasting 45 minutes, under the supervision of a rehabilitation specialist.

What the Kinesitherapy Program Includes:

• Assessment of the patient's physical condition before starting the program
• Individual selection of exercises, taking into account the diagnosis, physical fitness level, and patient's goals
• Additional rehabilitation techniques: joint mobilization, stretching, posture work
• Recommendations for home exercises (if needed) to maintain results
• Regular monitoring of progress and adjustment of the program plan if necessary

The program is developed by a rehabilitation therapist, based on medical prescriptions, the patient's general condition, and their individual needs.

Who the Program is Suitable For:

Kinesitherapy is recommended for patients with the following conditions:

• Back, neck, lower back, and joint pain
• Recovery after injuries: fractures, dislocations, sprains
• Rehabilitation after spine, joint, or ligament surgeries
• Osteochondrosis, arthritis, arthrosis
• Scoliosis, muscle weakness, posture disorders
• Consequences of stroke and neurological disorders
• Need for recovery after physical overloads or stress

Contraindications: acute infections and inflammatory processes, thrombophlebitis, exacerbation of varicose veins, mental disorders that complicate interaction, active oncological pathology, decompensated cardiovascular disorders, and the postoperative period without a doctor's permission.

Age restrictions: the program is available for children aged 7 and older and adults.

The program is provided with a doctor's referral. If there is no referral, a preliminary consultation with a specialized professional will be conducted.

Referral validity period: up to 60 days.

For comfortable sessions, you should bring change of clothes and comfortable shoes.
