Tell us about your professional interests other than your specialization:
- “Besides urology, I am interested in the development of artificial intelligence — its ethical aspects and possibilities of implementation in medicine, education, and art.”
Hobbies, favorite movies, books:
- “I am passionate about cinema — I enjoy analyzing plots, symbolism, and directorial techniques in films. Among my favorite movies are ‘Interstellar’ for its depth on time, love, and science, and ‘The Matrix’ for provoking thoughts about reality perception. Music plays a special role in my life — I study its theory, harmony, genres, and impact on emotional state and psyche. In my free time, I enjoy collecting interesting facts — from history to space — treating it as a form of knowledge collection.”
Doctor's advice:
- “Drink enough water — 1.5-2 liters per day, limit sugary soft drinks and alcohol. Maintain a balanced diet with sufficient vegetables, fruits, and fiber-rich products; limit salt, fatty foods, and excessive protein. Stay active: regular physical activity improves circulation and supports kidney and bladder health. Observe intimate hygiene and avoid hypothermia, especially in the lower back. Undergo regular examinations, including kidney and bladder ultrasound, urine tests, and for men over 40 — prostate monitoring. If you experience frequent urination, lower back pain, or changes in urine color, consult a doctor — timely advice helps prevent complications.”
