Doctor's advice:
- “Health often doesn’t send loud signals — sometimes early changes in your body can only be detected during examinations. That’s why regular medical check-ups are key to early detection of cardiovascular diseases and other conditions. Don’t wait for symptoms that force you to see a doctor. Taking care of yourself means paying attention to your body’s signals, maintaining an active lifestyle, balanced nutrition, and timely prevention. The best treatment is timely diagnosis and a conscious approach to your health.”
