An online video explanation to the patient by a doctor lasting up to 30 minutes, depending on the condition and the amount of information provided. It is conducted using an online platform provided by the SE. Can be used for primary patients.

Indications:

• Explanation of the patient's condition, which requires determining the tactics of action, referral to the necessary specialist, prescription of diagnostic procedures.
• Pediatrician's consultation on the stages of child development.
• Consultation with a breastfeeding specialist.
• Consultation on the vaccination calendar with the preparation of an individual schedule.
• Providing recommendations for lifestyle correction, prevention of diseases of different age categories.

Service duration: no more than 30 minutes

Content:

• The patient makes an appointment through the contact center/reception.
• The patient receives a payment link and has to pay within 15 minutes. In case of non-payment, the visit is automatically canceled.
• The patient and doctor receive a link to the platform through which the consultation takes place.
• At a certain time, the patient and the doctor communicate online.

During the consultation, the specialist interviews the patient: collects complaints, medical history, life history, subjectively assesses the patient's condition, and, if diagnostic tests are available, evaluates their results. After obtaining the necessary data, the doctor provides recommendations for further examination, adjusts the previously prescribed treatment if necessary, refers to another specialist and/or for an in-person examination.
