We recommend that you undergo the "Start of Training" checkup before starting any physical exercises on a regular basis. The service will help both professional athletes and people who do sports for health maintenance.

The "Start Training" service is currently available at the Dobrobut Medical Center at 2e Tatarska St.

What is included in the check-up:

• Consultation with an orthopedic traumatologist - the doctor will examine and check your body for the risk of injuries and sprains. The specialist will also determine whether there is a chronic pathology lurking in the joints, which can lead to injury in the future.
• Echocardiography - a cardiologist will perform an ultrasound of the heart, during which he will check the structures of the heart muscle for the presence of diseases. Many cardiovascular problems remain hidden and become apparent only during physical activity.
• Treadmill test - you will take a mini-workout on a treadmill. Only your instructor will be a cardiologist, and sensors will be attached to your body to record heart indicators (electrocardiogram, pulse, blood pressure). The purpose of the test is to check how your cardiovascular system responds to significant physical activity.
• Consultation with a sports medicine doctor - a specialist will conduct a final examination based on the results of your examinations, provide recommendations and answers to all your questions.

The cost of the basic package "Start training" is 2145 UAH*.
