The offer is valid for all medical services provided at your home, including: medical consultations, tests, instrumental diagnostics, nursing procedures and manipulations, physiotherapy procedures and medical manipulations.

The discount is valid for internally displaced persons

• To receive a discount, internally displaced persons need an valid IDP certificate issued in 2022-2025

The discount is valid for:

• Servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
• Territorial defense (TRO)
• National Police of Ukraine (NPU)
• The State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES)
• Participants in combat operations (including ATO participants)
• State Border Guard Service of Ukraine
• Security Service of Ukraine (SSU)
• Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR)
• Persons with disabilities resulting from hostilities

To get a discount, you must provide a document confirming your status with the ability to make a copy of it or register the ID number:

• For soldiers - a military ID or military ID card.
• For officers - an officer's certificate.
• For representatives of the TRO, NPU, SES, UBD, PSU, SBU, GUR - the appropriate certificate.
• ID card of a person with a disability resulting from war.

The discount is valid for family members:

• Children, wives, husbands of military personnel
• Children, wives or husbands of servicemen who died during military operations

To receive the discount, family members must provide the following documents:

• Marriage certificate.
• A copy of the military ID card (electronic version is possible).
• Birth certificate.
• An identity document.
• Certificate of death of a serviceman (certificate of a family member of the deceased).

Please note:

• The special offer does not apply to on-site consultations of experts in the areas of specialization
• The number of services for a patient is unlimited
