Non-invasive full-genome prenatal testing of free fetal DNA to determine the risk of major chromosomal syndromes (Down, Edwards, Patau, Turner syndromes), rare trisomies of other chromosomes, as well as deletions and duplications of more than 7 Mb of all chromosomes. A positive result requires a geneticist's consultation and additional diagnostic tests. No-call results require separate management, depending on the clinical picture.
Test material: venous blood in a 10 ml Streck tube (Streck tubes are provided by the performing laboratory).
Turnaround time: up to 19 calendar days, depending on logistics (5-7 days for logistics and 7-10 working days for testing).

Indications: pregnant woman's age 35 years and older, high/medium risk of fetal chromosomal syndrome without any available BWR and ultrasound markers, other as directed by a geneticist.
Contraindications: gestational age up to 10 weeks, lack of a completed and signed consent
