for 2-3 days, limit the intake of solid, spicy, too cold, or hot food;
refrain from drinking alcohol;
do not injure the site of the operation with a toothbrush, floss, or tongue;
do not rinse your mouth with antiseptic or other solutions;
until the wound is completely healed, exclude visiting the sauna, bath, solarium;
quit smoking if possible or limit the number of cigarettes per day as much as possible.

no age restrictions;
