On the basis of the Dobrobut Treatment and Diagnostic Center, the Highly Specialized Care Center of the Cardiac Surgery Profile recently started working. Specialists of the Cardiac Surgery center conduct a full range of cardiac surgical care.

At the Dobrobut CSC we employ advanced methods for operative and conservative treatment of cardiovascular disorders.

The CSC incorporates modern surgery block, separate intensive care unit and cardiosurgery inpatient department.

The CSC is specialized in minimally invasive heart surgery: 80% of operations are performed through a mini-access between the ribs. The minimum risk of heart surgeries (the total risk of all cardiac operations in the past two years was 0.35%, which is 5 times less than the average mortality rate in Ukraine).

Cardio Surgery Center Dobrobut is an expert European Cardiac Surgery Center for mitral valve plastic.

Every year, more than 70 mini-invasive plastic mitral valve operations are performed (according to European recommendations, the annual number of operations must be at least 50 transactions a year in order to maintain an expert level).

80% of all cardiac surgeries (heart surgeries) are performed minimally invasive. It is the highest percentage among cardiac surgery centers in Europe.

All isolated operations of coronary bypass surgeries, operations in mitral and aortic valves are performed minimally invasively.

In 2019, 350 cardiac operations with a mortality rate of 0.29% were performed. Of these, 280 operations were performed without a sternotomy incision.
