Noninvasive (conservative) treatment of congenital pectum excavatum in children: at the first visit a doctor determines the size of the IDBC compression plate, performs the required anthropometric measurements, develops specifications for the orthopedic workshop. During the second visit a doctor explains rules and coaches skills of IDBCS handling, determines compression pressure and makes relevant marks on the IDBCS for convenient use by the parents. The next visits focus on adjusting the correction degree and vector.
