How the procedure is performed
The Dobrobut Medical Network offers laser treatment of atrophy and kraurosis (cracks) of the external genitals using a modern expert-class laser apparatus. Labia minora, labia majora, pubis and perianal zone are treated with a laser external head.
The procedure can cause pain, therefore, if necessary anesthetic special cream is applied for 15-30 minutes and the treated area is covered the with cling film.
Preparation
Before the procedure a general examination is performed including ultrasound of the pelvic organs and laboratory testing of discharge.
The procedure takes 60 minutes.
Contraindications are as follows:
- inflammatory condition of pelvic organ;
- pregnancy;
