Indications for surgery

combined injuries of the lower and upper jaw.

Contraindications

Osteosynthesis is not performed in such situations:

extensive crushing of soft tissues;
suppuration of tissues around the fracture;

blood clotting disorders;
acute infectious diseases;
decompensated state of the patient.
