Dissection of synechiae of the nasal cavity

Synechiae of the nasal cavity are pathological adhesions or bridges in the nasal cavity that grow between the walls of the nasal cavity and are formed by connective tissue (scar) tissue, cartilage, or even bone, covered with a mucous layer on top.

The reason for the formation of nasal synechia is more often operations (manipulations) or traumatic injuries (foreign bodies, mechanical damage to the mucous membrane) of the nasal cavity, which cause inflammatory processes. How is the disease diagnosed?
