- No, you cannot. In compliance with the Order of the Ministry of Public Health No. 963 as of 04/27/2020, only public medical institutions can start/complete a sick leave remotely. Dobrobut clinic chain is a private medical institution that does not have the possibility to start/complete a sick leave remotely. We can do it in the presence of the patient during a consultation only.
