Tooth extraction of high complexity

Tooth extraction of high complexity is performed by a surgeon dentist after advanced identification, target CT or OPTG image evaluation and determination of indications. A surgeon dentist makes a certain sequence of actions in the result of which a tooth or its root is extracted from the alveolar socket.

Duration of the service: 45–60 minutes, performed by a surgeon dentist of a dental unit.

The procedure has no age restrictions. A patient should undergo a preliminary check-up by a surgeon dentist and a CT if required.

Indications for the procedure

Indications for the procedure:

granulating, granulomatous periodontitis,
parodontitis (grade 3–4),
destroyed teeth not subject to non-surgical treatment which cannot be used for prosthodontic treatment.

Сontraindications for the procedure

Local contraindications:

herpetic diseases of the buccal mucous membrane;
teeth are located in the area of malignant tumor (cancer, sarcoma) and hemangioma.

General contraindications:

cardiovascular diseases (pre-myocardial infarction and the period of 3–6 months after a myocardial infarction, hypertensive disease in the period of crisis);
blood diseases;
mental illnesses during the periods of acute exacerbation.

Cost of the procedure

The cost includes the doctor’s work in the process of the surgery, medications and expendable materials necessary for the intervention. Anesthesia, expendable dental materials, suturation (if required) are paid additionally.
