Free IVF: Initial Consultation Now Available Online
Starting May 25, 2026, patients who apply for the first time to the Reproductive Medicine Clinic of the Dobrobut medical network for free infertility treatment under the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU) Medical Guarantees Program can receive an initial consultation with a reproductive specialist not only offline, but also online.
The online consultations are conducted by leading reproductive specialists with 6 to 16 years of experience, helping patients better understand reproductive health issues and determine their next steps.
During the 30-minute online consultation, patients receive an analysis of their medical history and previous examinations, professional answers to individual questions, and recommendations regarding further diagnostics and possible treatment steps.
“Many women postpone visiting a reproductive specialist because of lack of time, fear, or uncertainty about where to begin. At the same time, patients living far from Kyiv may find it difficult to decide on a first doctor’s appointment, as it often means traveling to another city. We want to make the first step toward parenthood easier and more accessible, which is why we introduced the online consultation format that allows patients to receive professional guidance without leaving home,” said Svitlana Shyianova, Head of the Reproductive Medicine Clinic at the Dobrobut medical network.
The Dobrobut medical network has been providing free infertility treatment under the NHSU Medical Guarantees Program since February 27, 2024. During this period, Dobrobut reproductive specialists conducted 869 IVF programs, 448 of which resulted in pregnancy.
Women up to and including the age of 40 diagnosed with “Female Infertility,” as well as couples diagnosed with “Male Infertility,” are eligible for the free treatment program.
