WHO Engages Dobrobut Experts in Consultation on Healthcare Workforce

At the invitation of the World Health Organization (WHO), the medical team of Dobrobut Medical Network participated in a government-level technical consultation focused on strengthening and developing Ukraine's healthcare workforce.

During the consultation, Dobrobut specialists presented the network's experience in healthcare workforce records management and reporting, including the use of Ukraine's Electronic Healthcare System (eHealth) and compliance with national healthcare reporting requirements.

The experience shared by Dobrobut, as a private healthcare provider, will be taken into account by the WHO in developing recommendations for Ukraine's public and municipal healthcare sectors.

“Being invited to participate in this consultation is a recognition that the expertise of the private healthcare sector can contribute to the development of the entire healthcare system. We are pleased that Dobrobut's experience will be considered in preparing these recommendations, and we remain open to further cooperation with government institutions and international partners in strengthening the healthcare workforce, improving management processes, and advancing healthcare economics,” said Oleksii Rykov, Deputy Chief Medical Officer for Quality Assurance and Clinical Expertise at Dobrobut Medical Network.

Participation in the consultation further demonstrates that Dobrobut's expertise is valued not only in the delivery of medical care but also in healthcare system development. In recent months, WHO experts have increasingly consulted Dobrobut specialists on methodologies for calculating the cost of medical services.

Dobrobut will continue to strengthen its cooperation with government institutions and international partners to support the implementation of modern approaches in Ukrainian healthcare and to contribute its expertise to the ongoing development of the healthcare system.
