Correction of the wings of the nose

If the correction was performed as an independent surgical intervention, the patient does not need to wear a splint or other fixation bandages. The main task is to prevent re-injury in the seam area. First, the doctor sticks on protective straps, which can be removed after a day or two. If desired, the patient can continue to use the patch or bandage if he is afraid of touching the seam with tight clothing.

1. The stitches are removed after 7-10 days.
2. The wound remains sensitive for several weeks, you have to be careful.

The total healing period for nasal cartilage can take up to 4 weeks. After a few months, the seams will become completely invisible.
