Lipofilling

For each person, body fat is distributed individually. Some are lucky with an even distribution, while others develop problem areas. Subcutaneous fat, because of genetic characteristics, as well as because of trauma, can form depressions, bumps, creating a cosmetic defect. Also, due to age-related changes, sharp jumps in weight, the contours of the face and body change - the fat leaves unevenly.

When the patient wants to restore the usual lines, or slightly increase the volume in certain areas, the doctor will help to borrow and transfer fat cells from the problem area with an excess supply to the one that needs healthy roundness.

It is a minimally invasive surgery that can be performed under local anesthesia combined with sedation, or under general anesthesia. Liposculpture can also be performed in combination with other types of plastics.

• Depending on the zone planned for operation, diagnostic tests are prescribed - ultrasound, MRI, mammography (for fat grafting of the mammary glands). You also need to make sure in a satisfactory state of health and the admissibility of performing anesthesia - for this, tests are taken, an ECG is done, fluorography.
• Sometimes the opinion of related specialists is required - a therapist, dentist, mammologist.
• During work, the doctor takes material from the donor area. Preparations can be added to the fat emulsion for better adaptation of the transferred cells.

• Physical activity will also have to be abandoned.

• Even small punctures from cannulas require antiseptic treatment and care with ointments for a speedy recovery.
• Fat cells take root on average 2-3 months, therefore every possible way must maintain favorable conditions for tissue adaptation.
