X-ray endovascular surgery is a scientific advancement in medicine, thanks to which doctors have received a technique of intervention in the human body through the vessel wall.

Endovascular surgery opens up great opportunities for assessing vascular blood flow in any organ of the human body.

The technique itself is as follows:

a vascular puncture is performed;
with the help of a conductor, a catheter is inserted within the vascular bed into the target organ;
a contrast agent is inserted through the catheter, which blocks in X-rays.

The modern low-dose angiograph allows to receive the coherent picture of construction of vessels of body by means of radiation and so to reveal pathologies. The procedure is less traumatic and minimally invasive, and is performed under local anesthesia that reduces the length of hospitalization and provides rapid rehabilitation of the patient.
