"Dobrobut" Paid 578 Million UAH in Taxes in 2024

The medical network "Dobrobut" paid nearly 578 million UAH in taxes in 2024.

The network's revenue for the year amounted to 3.5 billion UAH, which is 52% higher than in 2023. The plan for 2025 is to increase this figure by at least one-third.

Investments in the network's development in 2024 totaled 400 million UAH, of which 21 million UAH was allocated to ensuring energy autonomy for "Dobrobut" medical centers.

The number of patients in the network increased by 21% compared to 2023, with 1.5 million visits recorded. The most sought-after specialists among "Dobrobut" clients in 2024 were pediatricians, general practitioners, otolaryngologists, obstetrician-gynecologists, and neurologists.

"Dobrobut" emergency medical teams responded to nearly 14,000 calls throughout the year.

The network continues to actively develop its surgical services, performing over 11,000 surgeries in 2024. The team of cardiac surgeons, led by the renowned cardiac surgeon Oleksandr Babyak, performed nearly 300 unique minimally invasive heart surgeries.

New Directions

In 2024, the Dobrobut Mental Health Center started operating, providing a full range of mental health services: from psychologist and psychiatrist consultations and psychodiagnostics to inpatient treatment. Since its opening, Dobrobut specialists have provided over 5,000 mental health services, and 66 patients have undergone inpatient psychiatric treatment. Future plans include expanding mental health recovery services, group psychotherapy sessions, and implementing modern digital technologies.

In May of last year, Dobrobut opened its own diagnostic laboratories in multidisciplinary hospitals at 3 Simi Idzykowskykh Street and 12A Mykola Bazhana Avenue. Since then, nearly 317,000 tests have been conducted. The most common tests among patients were for C-reactive protein (a marker of inflammation or injury) and general blood and urine tests.

Social Projects

In the summer of last year, Dobrobut launched a social initiative to support the mental health of military medics. As part of the "For Those Who Save: Psychological Rehabilitation of Hospitallers" project, the Mental Health Center team, experienced in working with military personnel, veterans, and former prisoners of war, provides free treatment to members of the Hospitallers volunteer medical battalion and their children. In total, the program includes 300 hours of psychological and psychiatric therapy. So far, 29 adults and 2 children have received assistance. The program continues.

Dobrobut continues to offer a 20% discount on all services for military personnel, with the total amount of discounts provided in the past year reaching almost 12 million UAH.

Following the missile strike on the Okhmatdyt children's hospital in July, Dobrobut emergency medical staff evacuated 18 people, including 17 sick children. Seven children were hospitalized at Dobrobut, where they received free essential medical care.

In 2024, Dobrobut traditionally held a Blood Donation Day, with 51 participants donating a total of approximately 22 liters of blood.

The Dobrobut Foundation charity fund raised over 16 million UAH for medical and humanitarian aid to people affected by the war, 10 million UAH more than in 2023. Nearly 3,000 free medical services were provided to 148 patients, including 21 children.

Medical Education

Over the past year, instructors and trainers at the Dobrobut Academy training center conducted nearly 300 simulation-based first aid training sessions, attended by over 2,500 people.

Almost 50 interns were admitted to Dobrobut's internship program, 13 of whom received scholarships that partially covered their tuition fees. Nearly 90% of internship graduates have been employed as doctors in the Dobrobut medical network.
