X-ray in dentistry
X-ray diagnostics gives the possibility to make two types of X-rays: target and panoramic ones.
- A target X-ray allows to assess the structure and the amount of bone tissue of one tooth and also to control the quality of the endodontic treatment.
- Panoramic X-ray allows to see the condition of all the teeth, to assess bone structure and amount, dental arch abnormalities, hidden carious cavities, state of parodentium tissues, state of bone structure and its quantity at the place of previously removed teeth, etc. in an aggregated and immediate way.
